Cool man, I'll check it out.  Watching Prometheus you could just see the studio notes, re-writes and changes in tone etc coming right off the screen.  It was almost as confused as I was after watching it!

I heard the best Alien related thing recently was that scary as hell game they put out.  I'm too much of a wuss to play it, but I heard that's been the thing that Alien fans have loved - as opposed to these poor movies they keep putting out.

MFX147 – The One Where We Insult Everyone.

Aw man do we have a great show for you lucky MFXers!  The lads dive straight into controversy as they discuss Charlotte Flair's leaked nudes and Stephen Fry being all blasphemous and stuff.  Sir Ian then tells his story of attending the Anthony Joshua vs. Wladimir Klitschko fight at Wembley.  This is the kind of live review you could only get with MFX.  Then it's Duckman's turn to give his report on WWE Smackdown Live in Glasgow - his nephew's first ever live wrestling show!

Sir Ian reviews Payback because Duckman couldn't be arsed to watch it!  We get plenty on the WrestleCrap worthy House of Horrors match and loads of WWE chat.  The lads also go through the leaked first script for the movie on Vince McMahon's life.  Even they couldn't come up with something as weird and wacky as this.

Then they wrap the show up with a quick and slightly spoiler filled review of the AWESOME Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2.

Holy crap – 2 shows in a week!?  The hell is going on?  Well, with the world in ever increasing levels of chaos, we thought why not add to that by posting a new MFX show?  And holy mother of God to we have a GREAT show for you.  The lads kick off with tales of drunken Sir Ian on the rampage and Duckman has a new nemesis.  They answer listener emails that take in politics, sport and wrestling.

The middle of the show is wrestling chat heavy.  Plenty on RAW's terrible rating, Braun Strowman's injury and what that means for the new few months of main events.  The lads talk the destruction of the worth of titles in WWE, plus they wonder if it's time for another revolution in wrestling on TV and what form that might take. 

For some reason Rybitch is back on the show.  He's debuting his new a segment called Around About with Rybitch.  This week, he's investigating the real reason for Donald Trump firing James Comey.  Don't get too excited though, he has no idea what he's doing...obviously.

The lads wrap up the show with the funniest Try Hard Ruler of the Week Award in the history of the show.  Four awesome stories, some serious try hard behaviour and Duckman and Sir Ian lose their shit as chaos ensues.

It's been a tough week for the UK after the terror attack in Manchester.  The lads discuss this latest horror and send their love to the people of Manchester.  They couldn't do the show this week and not address this terrible incident.

The lads talk about the passing of Sir Roger Moore, their memories of him as James Bond and Sir Ian shares a fun story about the time he didn't meet him.  Trust us, it'll make sense when you listen.  There's a story about a young man doing something inappropriate with one of those spinner things the kids are into these days – which is just dumb enough to cheer everyone up after the heavy opening to the show.

There's tons of wrestling chat this week – reviews of Backlash and NXT Takeover Chicago, plus talk about WWE's declining TV ratings, plenty of dog related puns for Roman Reigns.  Plus Randy Orton vs. Indy workers and more!  This is the fun part of the show, plenty of laughs to be had here.

They wrap the show up with the Try Hard Ruler of the Week Award, which is a two horse race of racism vs. stupidity.

Didn't get a chance to do my "Phrases That Pay" this show, but I did listen. Great stuff all around, thankful to see and hear the way people get together when tragedies like this happen. Wrestling chat is great as always, as an indie fan I always find a bit of humor in the "big leagues" taking shots at the people that eventually get signed and called up. Nice one Alex, thanks for listening.  Yeah, I'm the same as you.  I've watched these guys crush it for years on the indie scene and constantly be told they can't make it in WWE.  Now pretty much all their top stars on RAW and SD came from the indie scene (bar a couple of exceptions of course).  It does make me chuckle!

The lads kick off complaining about WWE's creative direction (or lack their of) but turn to much more fun things like the new Netflix show GLOW, McGregor v Mayweather and the latest trouble with the Han Solo origin movie.  The lads fly off on tangents that hopefully entertain and if they don't, at least they pass a bit of time.

There's your emails to answer and WWE shows to review.  Sir Ian rants on the movie Green Street and the terrible accents in it.  There's Money in the Bank reviewed and some chat about RAW and Smackdown and how much they all sucked.  Duckman tries to crowbar in some NJPW news as well to offset all the negative moaning.
