At the age of thirty he decided to hang up his sample briefcase and translate his bullshit spinning abilities to the world of professional wrestling. Worked for some of the Minor and Major UK players over the years before blagging his way into WWE creative. No one's still quite sure how he got there, but his bullshit is definitely keeping him there. Focuses more on the character and development than the matches themselves, tends to trust the wrestlers to do his storylines justice.

Background : Promise young talent in the indies , but due to injuries  was unable to sustain a career and had to retire early. Made a few good connections during his time in the indy circuit. Was able to get hired for WWE Creative , hoping to catch on behind the scenes

Background Information: While always a fan of the business, Jon never felt he was in shape to actually compete. They day those who can't do, teach. Unable to teach someone the fundamentals he couldn't perform himself, he used his way with words to insert himself into a local indy organization where he started helping the talent with their in ring trash talk. Being a small organization, there wasn't much need for storylines, but what he did paid a small portion of the bills and he had fun doing something he enjoyed. This opportunity to write for WWE creative was brought up by the promoter he worked for, and want something he could pass up. Tossed onto a waiting list after filling the team before he even filed out an application, Jon was a little worried he'd never get an opportunity to show the E what he could offer. Luckily, a spot opened up when one of the writers couldn't handle the pressure and Jon answered the call he'd been praying for. Now he needs to pay he doesn't crack under the same pressure.
