Yo!  I dropped outta high school and stepped right into the ring from there.  Wrestled for over 20 years spilling blood from sea to shining sea.  If you're looking for someone to teach your guys armbars and the moss covered 3 handled family credenza, then move the hell on.  You want someone to teach your guys to beat the ever loving shit out of the competition, then I'm your guy!

Yo!  I'm not sure I understand what you mean?  You mean you're gonna tell me what to do every step of the way instead of letting me do my thing?

You would have freedom to do what we need in training but there would still be orders that need to be followed from myself and the Major

Yo, as long as you ain't over my shoulder 24/7, I don't think we'll have a problem.

What do you say to a 3 year deal for 3 million

I'll only do 2 years at that price.  Make it $4 million, and you got the 3 years.
