Thanks to Cory for looking to get things set up.  I've had my family visiting for the last week, so I've not been online much.  I can get things going from here.  We've currently got 6 players, if you want to sign up and haven't yet, you've got until Friday 10th June at 18:00 UK time.

The rules are the same as always are as follows...

Every game in which a correct result is predicted will earn you one point.
Every game in which a correct score is predicted will earn you three points.

Three correct results (or combination of results and scores) = three bonus points
Three correct scores = six bonus points.

Remember all time deadlines are UK time and a minute before the first kick off of that collection of fixtures.

I will keep updating this post with the current league table, recent rounds' points, and the next set of fixtures. I'll post when I've updated so you know to check below.

Here's the first 3 weeks of group games to predict and when we get to the knock out stage and know who is through, I'll put up those games to prediction.

First round of fixtures are done and it's Jon who takes the early lead.  The rest are pretty bunched up, but Adam Wrong will be hoping for a better week after missing out on the bonus available.

A big week of predictions for Adam Wrong who is the top scorer for the week!  Duckman and Dorling miss out on a big score, while the rest all post solid scores.  Cory and Rob move into second place but there's still tons of points to play for this week.

With the final group games now played the league is updated for week 3.  Excellent week for Adam Wrong again, who has climbed the table quicker than you can say, "what do you mean England lost to Iceland?"  Jon just keeps his nose in front, stretching his neck like the preening giraffe boy Ronaldo when going for a header.  The rest of us were left looking like Russia, terrible at football and desperate for a fight.  With the knock out stages soon to get underway, the heat is on!  Get predicting folks.

Well the last 16 round is over and unlike England, everyone scored decently and the tournament is still wide open.  As with the last round, for the quarter finals, I'm looking for your picks for the result within 90 mins.  Jon and Adam Wrong are neck and neck at the top, with Cory chasing them hard and the rest still with a chance if they have a storming quarter final prediction round.  Good luck!
