Oh man... this one is hard. Have to give it to Flash though - sicne while one hit would be enough for Hulk to beat him, he's too damn fast for that to happen. Add in his vibrational abilities and yeah, he just edges it IMO

The Silver Surfer is faster than The Flash.
Hulk beat The Silver Surfer, who has more than just speed up his sleeve (not that I agreed with that).

Logic says he would beat The Flash then.

Hulk to win the whole thing.

I'm a little sad to see Hulk winning this one. Barry was another one I thought could make it to the end by beating people you might normally consider unbeatable, like The Hulk. I know I've said this too many times already, but this truly might be the closest fight of the tournament thus far and it could go either way.
