I went Iron Man based on the intelligence difference being the deciding factor.  Can definitrly be swayed.

I narrowly went with Iron Man, as the Hulkbuster suit would definitely be a big help, plus he has a bunch more armour types he could break out. It'd be damn close though

As impressive as Shazam is, I just think Tony would be too smart for him. Billy has a lot going for him but he's still just a kid, and Tony would honestly probably be able to figure out how to reverse the whole transformation and make Captain Marvel a non-threat.
