I just got home from watching this today, and it was amazing! I don't think you *need* to watch previous films, as aside from a couple characters that were in other films making an appearance this is largely its own story. Without giving away any spoilers, though, I would recommend watching this and Thor: Ragnarok to see some of the most direct build-up to Avengers: Infinity War...which is in May.

What a year for comic book movies. This, A:IW, and Deadpool 2 within the first half of the year alone!

Watched this yesterday and really enjoyed it. It's certainly one of the better Marvel Movies as a standalone, and it really sets up the role that Wakanda can and will have in the upcoming movies. Great stuff.
