The transparency thing doesn't really bother me that much to be honest. The gameplay and update to Universe Mode I have found to be most enjoyable so far.

I understand there are people that are more hardcore with their editing etc than I am but I think the game is a lot better than least years and I can see myself playing it more than I did last years version.

For them to admit they've been lying essentially about stuff is not a smart move but hey, if someone made a naked CAW then, while I don't like the situation, from a marketing and PR point of view they couldn't possibly leave that option in there. I'm sure that they can do something to get around naked CAWs but it doesn't ruin the game for me.

There's nothing else like this game around IMO.

I rented it before just buying it like I have the last few years. I like it, and it does seem to be more polished, and fluid, and in some ways it's a lot better. However it's not this huge improvement over lats year's game, and there are even some areas where it's a downgrade. I really enjoy universe mode, but I don't like that it tries to go right to the next match after finishing a match, and that you can't edit the whole card at once. There's also the fact that you only get 11 matches for each week. Last year you could just do singles matches, and those would still show as part of the universe stuff. The Road to Wrestlemania stuff I personally see as an improvement, but I'm also still in the Sheamus/United Kingdom story.

CAW had some improvements but nothing really major, except for the easier to make entrance videos. The arena deal is pretty neat, but I'm pissed that they don't have the KOTR logo available for you to use in there. The ability to edit a show and the titles on it is pretty cool, as is the ability to split the tag and diva's titles on to separate shows. Overall, it's an improvement on last year, but not enough to make me need to buy it. If someone gives it to me for Christmas or my birthday, I certainly wouldn't be upset. If the price on it drops or I can find a deal on it, I'd probably pick it up. I could justify 30 bucks, maybe even 40, but not 60 bucks plus tax. It's a good game, but unless you're a hardcore fan who needs the new game every year, or you haven't got one in years, in my opinion, it's not worth it. That being said I'm still keeping it for a little while, since I've got another 3 weeks before I need to cancel the blockbuster pass deal, so I don't have to pay the full price on it.

I've said this before when it comes to No Mercy.

I've NEVER suffered the Data Glitch.

I fired my No Mercy up about 2 weeks ago, SAME Freaking CAWS and everything from when I last played.

Things that I would say to add in.

1. Create a submission (There aren't that many in the game, but they have the animations for a lot of them.)
2. Logo/graphic upload (Basically have it where you could create a logo on photoshop, save it to your 360/PS3, and then use it in the game like they do with music.)
3. Bring back create a title and create a PPV (These were things I enjoyed, and it added into the creativity aspect.)
4. Create a match (This is one of those where the idea, might not be practical or even possible, but I think it could be done.)
5. Fix the layering (I can't tell you how many times I have gone to put a ring jacket on a CAW, and it looked jacked up because it didn't layer right with the elbow pads or something. I realize I could just get rid of the elbow pads since it's just an entrance jacket, but it's one of those minor annoyances.)

Those are the main deals that I would like to see added in, and really I think they're pretty much all possible. They've already had the create a belt and PPV in other games, so it wouldn't be much to implement them. The submission animations are there as well. The graphic upload may be difficult because people could upload obscene or pornographic stuff, but hopefully most people would have more sense then that. None of those are major changes or improvements, but honestly there isn't that much you can change. It's part of the reason why I probably won't be getting the game again, at least not for awhile. That's not because it's a bad game, it's not at all. It's actually a solid game, good graphics, good gameplay, and I've enjoyed the RTWM so far. It's honestly just because it's so similar to Madden or any other sports game. You can only do so much, because at the end of the day it's still a game about wrestling/football/basketball/baseball/hockey/your sport of choice. There is only so much you can add in without completely changing things, and at that point you're not making a game based on WWE.

More "generic" entrance motions.  Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more "generic" tag entrance motions.

More "text" options in Logo/Text (I.E. more fonts)

more hair styles/better looking hair styles

more tights.

A half/half short tight that isn't "quartered"

more moves.

more "themes" for create a ent vid.

I'm in the same boat. Every time I visit my folks back home, I 'defend' the title I created with my character that has had it for over 10 years now. He has a ton of defenses! Ha!

So my Universe pulled up a pretty good storyline! Ryder won the MITB at MITB and cashed in that night on Rey-Rey to win the WWE title. Defended it the next month, but lost it back to Rey in a 4-way. He then went down to #5 contender and tried to work his way through all the contenders, interfering in their matches etc., but couldn't get the title shot back. Ended up interfering in Punk (#1 contender's) match as a last-gasp try to get back in the WWE title match and cost Punk, bloodying him. Ended up with Ryder vs. Punk in a 2 out of 3 Falls Count Anywhere match which Ryder won, injuring Punk out. Ryder wins back the wwe title, Punk wins the rumble, Ryder/Punk rematch at Mania.

So far, my best "Story" is the Debut and Rise of Jack Hondo.

APB/Rick Rampage/AC Thunder had formed an Alliance.  For a few month they'd been feuding with random other trios.

Then one Monday it's a "remarkable match" with APB vs. Rick Rampage.  So, I'm thinking the group is getting broke up.

Rampage comes down to the ring.

APB doesn't.  APB stops at the ramp and waves to the back.  Out comes Hondo (who I just finished making.)

Hondo beats Rampage.  Post match APB runs out to shake Hondo's hand.....

..... AND BEATS DOWN HONDO.  Rampage joins in.

This leads to a Two on One Handicap match the next week.  Hondo Cena's the Odds and wins.  Out runs AC Thunder to beat down Hondo.

Next week Three on One Handicap.  Hondo wins again, gets beat down by Rampage/APB.

Next week it's Rampage/Thunder W/APB vs. Hondo and ? ? ?

Hondo's mystery partner is..... YOSHI TATSU!

The Heels win (to make a better story) 

Next week is a two on three handicap.  Hondo/Yoshi win. nothing of note.

Rampage vs. Hondo.  Post Hondo Cena win, APB chews out Rampage.

Rampage vs. Hondo.  Post Hondo Cena win, APB runs out and acts like he's going to beat down Rampage, only to beat down Hondo.

Royal Rumble, HONDO WINS! last eliminating APB.

Continue to "Royal Rumble Winners Event" Hondage chooses to challenge CM Punk (Raw champ.)

Mania. It's an IRONMAN MATCh!  Hondo and Punk are putting on a hell of a match ooooh the ref's knocked down.  Wait, here's APB.  ALL Points Bulletin Punk goes for a cover 1..2..3.. Punk's up 1-0.  Hondage fights back, hits a Pump Hondo Slam and ties it up.  CM Punk fights back goes for a G2S, it's reverse, Pump Hondo Slam attempt, Reversed, G2S, reversed, Pump Hondo Slam, 10 seconds left, Pin Hondo wins 2-1!

Post match, APB comes out and points to Hondo on the stage.
