Is it possible to kill your targets right off the bat or do you have to chase all of them all across town to specific locations at which point you can kill them? I notice several of them are ridiculously fast and there is no way to get anywhere near them they also dart around corners and down alleyways often on a dime if you try and do the same the way they do it you crash into something and get sent flying losing even more time and distance . Bullets also seem to bounce off many of them as you are clearly shooting them but they just don't die until you get to a point where you are "supposed" to kill them.
