Halp - Avast went weird

So I log on today, and it says that two viruses have been put into the Virus Chest to prevent infection or something along those lines.  Now when I look at these two things, it actually looks as if they have been on my computer for quite some time.  I'm not entirely too certain what's going on with this at all.  And I'm kinda worried seeing as you know I check my email from work and what not.

So if someone could take a look at it and get back with me, I would be super happy!

Not sure what those are.  Google the DLL of that first one and see what you get.

Statements are:

CFirewallCOM.dll Last Changed: 12/12/2008 Transfer Time 7/19/2013

CLI.COMPONENT.DASHBOARD.SHARED.NI.DLL Last Chagned 4/21/2014  Transfer Time: 6/9/2014

The CLI.COMPONENT one is actually located in a native images folder, which from my reading, that's actually part of Microsoft?

I have no idea about Pure Networks, I have seen that one pop up a few times.
