I guess Vince couldn't ignore NXT after it was being chanted at shows.

And I don't see how recent NXT call-ups have been failures? Sure, Adam Rose and Bo Dallas struggled but that says more about them as wrestlers when the first ever NXT champion is the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion and another former NXT star just had a Wrestlemania match vs John Cena.

- Mexican wrestler Laredo Kid, without his mask, received a WWE tryout on April 7th at the tapings in Dallas, Texas. He was one of the wrestlers who worked a dark match against Los Matadores. Laredo claims WWE has offered him a deal and they will be doing medical testing soon. If all goes well, he could be in NXT as early as June.

Yep. Add to the fact that WWE awarded me a $10K scholarship for my work with NXT, so yeah it has been a blast. By Oct. I should know if I'm a WWE employee.

Best (and weirdest) part has been seeing NXT grow from house shows that drew 25 people, and a TV show on Hulu plus..to getting 5,000 (and when HHH plugs NXT social media he is talking about me) at house shows to moving to WWE Network. So it has been fun.

I'm thinking NXT becomes less of a developmental deal, and instead it's own touring brand. They've been doing more shows and spreading out beyond just Florida, plus there was a little teaser about it last week.

WWE NXT announced these live event dates today for the "#NXTRoadTrip" tour:

* Thursday, May 14th: Tower Theatre, Philadelphia, PA

* Saturday, May 16th: Washington Avenue Armory Albany, NY (previously announced)

* Thursday, June 11th: Stage AE, Pittsburgh, PA

* Friday, June 12th: Agora Theatre, Cleveland, OH

* Saturday, June 13th: LC Pavilion, Columbus, OH

Tickets will be available for all events starting Friday, May 1st at 10am EST.
