Saw the Dark Knight last night and this advert stood out to me...I have never seen Heat because the copy we had on Video ripped to shreads in the VCR. So apart from Gdfather Part II this will be first lead into a film with my favourite two actors.

I have my doubts Ian.

I absolutely loved Heat, by oddly enough it wasn't because of the whole DeNiro vs. Pacino flair. It was the awesome fire fight in the city. My problem with Heat is it seems rather anti-climatic. On the other hand, DeNiro and Pacino do an excellent job without a doubt, as does Val Kilmer.


My problem with this idea is that lately all both DeNiro and Pacino have been putting out SHIT. It's been awhile since I've seen a good Al Pacino or Robet DeNiro film. Insomnia for Pacino, and DeNiro....longer.  Probably Ronin.

We'll see.
