CTV.BY: Федор Емельяненко, 4-хкратный чемпиона мира по ММА в тяжёлом весе

- Former heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko is not a fan of female's competing in the sport he once dominated. Emelianenko, who retired following a 2012 knockout victory over Pedro Rizzo, expressed his thoughts on the matter during a recent interview, which you can hear in the video above.

"I respect the girls who defend the country's honor at the Olympics. In wrestling, boxing," he said, "but I do not support female MMA. A woman must raise her children and be feminine. There are a lot of different sports which help her in that. But MMA is not one of them."

Emelianenko (34-4) was unbeaten for nine years before suffering a submission loss to Fabricio Werdum in 2010. He was also finished by both Antonio Silva and Dan Henderson - all inside the Strikeforce cage - before finishing out his career with three consecutive victories.

Cultural differences, nothing more. If you've seen the way he lives and trains....its almost like when they asked the crazy religious Duck Dynasty guy about homosexuality. What kind of answer did you expect?
