Roger Gracie, recently just signed a contract with Strikeforce. The 6'5" BJJ black belt is the only guy I honestly believe can defeat Fedor unless Josh Barnett can shock the world and take The Last Emperor out. Who do I say this? This guy is maybe the most accomplished submission/grapple artists in the HW division, and below are his accolades:

Basically based on his 2-0 MMA record, he is the HW version of Damien Maia, and right now Maia seems to be the one to have a good chance against Anderson Silva.

I gotta agree with Cory here. All that is left for Fedor after the crushing of Barnett is the Heavyweights in Strikeforce, and I really don't see Rogers or Overeem standing too much of a chance against him. Even though he's practically a rookie in MMA, Gracie stands the best chance of giving him a good fight.

Your going to have to either out box him or out grapple him. The best HW boxer (Arlovski) failed. Fedor has beaten the kickboxers and Barnett will be his test against a wrestler. I think regardless of promotion, Frank Mir and Roger Gracie are the people that I think stand the best chance, simply because Fedors last real challenge not against Cro Cop was Nogueria, and BJJ master.

I was pretty shocked when Arlovski failed. Such a talented fight imho. Mir is alright, and has some good skills. I have not seen R. Gracie fight yet, but I will be looking now. Thanks. :)
