So Game Theory, a youtube show that generally does these out there game theories like Mario is a Sociopath, Peach is dead, ect. Just did a interesting video on how game companies purposely fan controversy and pointless fan boy bullshit to help get their games noticed.  Some of these are insane but true, like Acclaim actually putting advertisements for Shadowman 2 on actual headstones or promising to pay speeding tickets for UK citizens caught speeding the day Burnout 2 was released.. and that is not the most crazy of the lot.
