Hulk. Supergirl is fantastic but Hulk is, by definition, the strongest.
I think if this was Superman vs Hulk it would be Superman 100 percent, but I think Hulk has proven to be one of the toughest in Marvel, and with every hit he takes he only gets angrier and thus his power grows, so I'm going Hulk.
I don't know. I originally had voted for Supergirl, but I forget that Hulk is progressively stronger as he gets angrier with a seemingly limitless ceiling. I don't know if I agree that Hulk should win the whole thing, but I suppose I can agree that he wouldn't lose to Kara.
