How To Post on the Music Forums (Updated)

Post how you want, what you want, when you want and about whoever the heck you want.

Two rules, and two rules only.

Numero Uno
If you don't like something about what someone has posted, then unless you can make a fair, polite discussion about it, keep it to yourself.

Numero Uno + Uno
If someone doesn't share your music taste then bashing them for their own taste will not be tolerated. By all means, share your taste, tell us what you like about it and recommend everything you like (see JDM and Capt. Josh recommendation threads) but don't tell someone their music taste flat out sucks. That's rude and there's no point to it.


Basically, just have fun and share your music tastes. If you see something someone is listening to and you know a band or artist they may like then recommend away! I'm always open to recommendations on anything except metal.

This doesn't mean you're not allowed to disagree with someone, but keep your posts as fair and polite as possible.
