Only thing I wanna mention James is that as a HUGE fan of the old Raiders of the 70s, they didn't always get problem players. Just remember that they also drafted Bo Jackson (role model/legend) and Marcus Allen (role model/legend) during their most notorious years.

I know that. Jackson is why I skipped on Hallmark. Need an Allen on the team though. Thats what is missing. I also think ditching Bogolov was good. I think he had too much control and started some of the drama.

Well... you kind've kept on making assumptions over his head (like saying you'd have Bennett in a Toppers uniform by the end of the week when you couldn't trade). Bogolov is a good coach, he just takes no shit and if somebody is saying or doing stuff he doesn't agree with, he's gonna ditch.

The thing is he agreed to it. Every decision made had his consent before confirmation. Only thing that he didnt agree with was the Bennett speech if I remember correctly.

COUPLE OF NEW CONCEPTS FOR SEASON 7

Based on the reaction and general chatter on the shoutbox, I think this can be deemed as a success. Thank you all first off for that. I have decided to add a few more things to the game to help a bit more with players.

Once you have your lock in for the season you will present your starting 5. You will also be given in the offseason the opportunity to send three players to specialist training to improve any of the following:
- Shooting
- Passing
- Rebounding
- Defending
- Fitness

Naturally based on last season and other factors players grades will improve or decrease, but this can help problem areas you evaluate.

Also instead of a 'PR BUDGET' it will be a budget of 10 million to give 'extras' for players and coaches whether that be presents (ala truck a season), help with language (ala YiFi) or something for the coach (Mike Flips) you will still at the end of the season need 10 percent of this to scout a player from the draft or 5 percent for a free agent. So effectively a college player indepth scouting costs a million and a free agent 500k. You cannot use this for salaries, but for Public Relations it can also help like ad campaigns etc 'Oh Captain My Captain' or 'Faith In Frazier'. Might be fun to come up with add campaigns yourselves...better the slogan, more of the budget will effect morale as well. These carry over from previously agreed contracts.

Also there will be more interaction with player problems and developing relationships. I recognize that just drafting players and fielding a team would be incredibly boring for you guys hence why this is more of a 'drama filled game' to add some excitement.

You can also add variables for matches. Like a concentration on causing turnovers, making sure players split time, all this sort of thing, just lay it out when you lock it in. The minutes strategy will stay the same ie whether you use your starters more and the same for style 'focusing on stars' or 'team ball'.

We can continue to look at things as we get into more seasons, but thats a few added changes for you guys. Looking forward to the season commencing and a special thanks to Bone for putting the schedule together.

When do we get to know the grades. before or after we send for training?
