Is there anyway if I take over a new team I could cut the fat right away for the next season?

I recall people in stipulations bringing guys with them and stuff....but like say if im offered a job in Boise. Could I be like ill accept but everyones contract is null and void next season and were completly starting over.

Probably not, Cory. You'd have to work with what is there. Unless you don't protect anyone in the expansion draft. But then how would you field a team? I doubt you'd want to make a team out of players left over from the expansion draft.
