I simply asked for Zizacs opinion on coaching after he retires, as usually you have that bound in a contract. Mike Flips wasn't coming back next season, and he took it as a "controversy".

My fault for playing the game for the future and not for the now. Seems the only way to plan for the future in FBL is contracts only, no personelle or other changes of the like.

Yeah, coaching the Dragons when he retires after this season. However, you already had a HC and AC binded by contract for next season, so it didn't make sense. I understand you don't Flips as a coach next year, but Zizac didn't. Should have handled Flips first before approaching Zizac.

Going for a risky move and starting Davis Newton this week, he's been improving every week and his numbers off the bench are close to Lucic's.  It's either Davis's time to shine or will light a fire under Lucic to turn in some bigger numbers

Rookies - especially high schoolers, need development.

This isn't a great idea. Lucic doesn't score big numbers he locks opponents down.

Yeah Lucic is a defensive player not an offensive. He's one of the best defensive players in the league.

Other then Lucic being one of the best defensive players in the league... You also benched him without letting him know. From personal experience with doing that myself... It rarely ends well.

When you're losing at FBL it's best not to try to compound the problems further.

Since I'm all anti-American can I move the Bells to London now? It was a talking point a few seasons ago...

Random thoughts...

Brady O'Shady doesn't seem too pleased with GM Bone. Upon analyzing what was said, I think GM Bone is going to be headed out of Boston. Honestly I'm shocked by this considering how good a team on paper the Bells are. I think they will need to talk with Bone before making a decision since he's been there for so long. I think Bone stays but I won't be surprised either way.

GM Hondo is one lucky guy. So is Jay Chill. The way the Seeds handled this was great and this is why I think the Seeds are hands down the best team in the FBL. They're still undefeated even with missing Chill for a few games. I see nothing but positives from Kentucky...and Chuckles Tree.

GM Jon and Geoff Hardy vs. Cazluc Vraba and Mrs. Vraba? I'M ORDERING THIS ON PPV RIGHT NOW! Moses Franks, Mike Flips, and Zapporah Franks will be there. My entire Bullfighters team will be there too.

Maverick Peters shattered his ankle, is done for the season, and his career is in jeopardy. I think it's safe to say the Stars playoff hopes are also shattered unless a few other teams fall apart. They will need to draft a scorer next season and should dare I say it expansion draft Peters. That is an option but Peters will retire if the injury is bad enough.

The Wolves are the luckiest team in the league. Mason Griffin wants to be a member of Wyoming for the remainder of his career. GM Death has to be a happy man. With how the first half of the season was for his team now they're on a huge success streak. Griffin wants to stay around, they win two games including being the first team to beat the Aces, and now all they have to do is get some rebounding and pay Griffin what he wants. Things are looking up for the Wolves.

Point guard controversy in Las Vegas. With losing to the Wolves and now this going on, I think this is a down week for the Aces. How the Aces handle this will be interesting but GM Dorling is a good decision maker. I'll be interested to see how he handles it.

Toppers should pay Joe Harding what his agent wants. He's worth it and is the best player on the team. Pay the man, he's worth it.

Same applies for the Aliens and Sean Rivers. GM Steven has done a tremendous job in Roswell and Sean Rivers is a big part of it. Rivers is one of the best players I've ever drafted and is worth the money. Solid team player who is a baller on the court.

Mark Brown has left Anchorage...yeah, he wasn't too appreciated. Maybe he'll be appreciated somewhere else. If I had a team he'd be an assistant coach that I'd be looking at but that's just me. GM Rebel needs to work better with his coaches. Same with GM Cory. A few GMs are getting bad reputations as being not good to work with as far as coaches are concerned which is not good for them in the long run.

I like how GM Strike handled the Xavi Madrid situation and his dealing with Spain. Great move for all involved.

Malik George is right about the Spuds. GM Powers has done a tremendous job in Boise turning it around. All they need is a scorer and they're set.

Robbie Wright wants to go to Pittsburgh. Dre Majors for Robbie Wright is a good deal for both teams considering how badly Majors meshes with his teammates in Pittsburgh.

Speaking of the Blades Mutu should be in the conversation for Defensive Player of the Year. Dennis Reigns is the frontrunner followed by him in my opinion but that's just me.

Montana should let Cedric Malone sit out the rest of the season. He's not a good fit for that team at all and is creating problems for them that are unnecessary.

Mike Flips is the latest coach to sue the Dragons. GM Cory has made a mess of the team and it's not looking good for him. He needs to evaluate his approach to coaches and personnel in my opinion. Those are the two areas that cause him a lot of problems.

Bolak Huir says that the Steamers have lost respect for GM TyTy. TyTy in late breaking news has quit and wants to go to San Diego. The question is will any team let him GM with his history of leaving teams midseason after good starts that are soon followed by him single handedly destroying the team? It's a big maybe. He's the Mark Brown of GMs. He can't stick with a team for longer than five weeks without bolting. Hope he finds a team and sticks with it before he finds himself in Mexico replaced by a certain talon clawed GM hopeful I've heard on the grapevine is interested in joining the FBL.

Coach Buck Fender collapsing at practice is scary. Hope he is alright.

Creed Jackson thinks GM Josh is on the outs. One of the names that appeared in the running is my name. GM Cory's name popped up in the conversation too. Interesting...I'm intrigued by this. Hopefully they realize that I'm more of a people person than other top candidate Cory but you didn't hear that from me. :D

Two new teams coming to the FBL! I'm excited. Both teams have awesome logos and some interesting team owners. Sam Derango owns the San Diego Seagulls. El Stingo the famous Mexican wrestling superstar owns the Birmingham Green Hornets. I know him from my time here in Mexico and I HOPE he's a fan of me. Either way I have connections with both expansion teams so I'm HOPING one of them will pick me up as a GM. Oh yeah, Stingo, you're invited to my place to watch the big team wrestling pay-per-view wrestling match. You too, Derango. So is everyone else. I want to have a nice little party. Anyway, hoping to be back in the FBL next season whether it be in Honolulu, Birmingham, San Diego, or anywhere else. I WANT to come back to the FBL. I've sat out my season and watched other GMs, some of whom that have been making jokes at my expense, screw up just about everything. Been turning around two basketball programs at the same time so that is something to be taken into account. So, if anything, the playing field is level now. I hope everyone realizes that considering that GMs are in jail, have had multiple coaches leave their teams, and benching players without talking to them. The playing field is EVEN with the exception of GM's Hondo and Dorling who are running their teams at an elite level but that's nothing new. I'll be back next season but the question is where. Tune into the FBL to find out.

Now, with that said, adios amigos. Got to get ready to make my pitches to GMs and make my return to the FBL. Adios!
