That's how it goes.  NBA teams cannot block an assistant from interviewing for a position above their current level.  Depending on the point in the season, they can block access temporarily, but that's it.

... Dono why you got Brown it was clear last season he's an assistant. He had issues as a HC, but when Steven signed him for AC he got Cal Roberts and tones of input even Brown saying himself he should be an AC

He has Class/Timms at $9.5 total.
And then his PR players are Dreams ($3) and Jackson ($2.5).

Unless I missed something, he should be sitting right at $15 PR.
