I tried this approach in Boise with a similarly horrible team. It didn't work, lol.

It doesn't help that you are consistently negative in your press conferences.  The way people act reflect their leadership.

New guys...

After you answer press conferences, just wait for Ian to post in the thread. Unless you did something to piss off your coach or unless you've done so bad your owner appears... It will always be the Head Coach who responds after the press conference.
