I wasn't just referring to Griffin though.  His negotiation with Marcelo too.  And basically all of his negotiations.  He doesn't counter very many offers.

Just like he jacked up salaries with the Swoop McCarthy debacle, he has done it again with this signing.  Say goodbye to the extra $5 million in cap boys.....

Yeah, Ian told me via PM you can discuss trades with auto-locked owners via PM if you'd like, it would still be done in character etc.
