no but seriously guys there is no need to complain about the way things go down.  I know I did the first time I was here when i got fired cause I didn't get a team, but that was more frustration on my own end of screwing myself over.  Ian puts alot of work in to this that he doesn't have to.  Let's just have some good old fashioned fun
