Honolulu is the capital and biggest city in Hawaii, Baton Rogue is a capital, Birmingham is a major city, Portsmouth is a major port, but yea the rest (especially Roswell which isn't a city at all) are some offenders.

As someone who lives about an hour away from Portsmouth NH, I can tell you that there is indeed a Naval Shipyard there.

I spent 6 mos. there back in junior high.  My dad got orders from San Diego to Portsmouth.  And it was winter...talk about unfair!
