also you where pushing him to do something that he was not capable of...you could have just let him be and got rid of him at the off season. but you keep pressing it.  Like when I had the problem with Franks...He was not capable of doing it  and flat out refuse to do it.  I fired him , he sue and i told the truth , I ask him to do something , he did not do it and I fired him for it.  lawsuit went away


Basically the guy was damage and you feed into his craziness. you could have taken the hint ... left him alone and got someone better.  I understand you were thinking long term for the team. but he was the wrong guy for the team.  now you might take a hit for it.
