The TeeJ of Philly

It's rank the top ten in order then the top 3 will be announced. Similar to the way the NCAA does their awards

Mike Powers

Sometimes, I just don't understand this game.

Yabla is a SF/SG.  He is the best defensive stopper in the league.  How is it a "slap yourself in the face stupid" move to have him play at SG sometimes, to stop the other teams primary scorer (example, McCool)?

The TeeJ of Philly

Probably because he's sf/pf

Mike Powers

Well fuck me in the ass.  When I looked at my team sheet, I read it wrong.

It WAS a stupid fucking question.

Mike Powers

Have I......have I gone full TyTy?!?

Well, if you have to ask... :P

Also, I'm guessing this voting thing applies to the out of work/waiting til next season GMs as well?

"Asuka, gives you two thumbs up"

If I leave my team alone (as I have for weeks now) they lose. If I even bring up the possibility of making a change to a losing team, my winless coach storms out. I feel another public meltdown coming on.

Well Kirk, you fucked things up by messing with the team in the first place. So your Coach doesn't believe further messing with it will help things. Messing with them is what caused the problems in the first place.

Kirk

The first case was resting players. This is replacing someone who has been playing like shit all season  and is off to the SL at the end of the it. Keeping things the same hasn't worked, so what else can I do? I was asking his opinion, not forcing a change on him. Am I supposed to sit back and just watch my team lose every week?

You basically crushed morale when you messed things up, hence why you're losing games. Unfortunately for you, it's probably irreversible for the remainder of the season.

Just sit tight, less is more right now.

Then rebuild in the offseason and go from there in Season 16.

Preview edit...

Right now, you haven't really established much of a relationship with your coach... and from what he's seen so far since you signed him... he probably isn't too high on what you've done. So that is something you'll need to work on slowly, usually by winning games.

Best to lock in to minimize damage. Wait till you can get a win against a GMless team.

Kirk

Alright, I'll just chalk this season up as part of the learning curve.

I'm in Shanghai again for the weekend, so I'll be a bit slow.
