Q3. What do you make of the media story concerning your team?

Well, I can't say I'm surprised after his little out-burst during the week but I want Jose to know we will stand by him during his legal troubles. Bismarck is not going to be an organisation that lets it's players face this big horrible world without support, we will stand by him all the way. He may not be Portuguese but that doesn't matter, whatever nationality he is, he has a home in Bismarck.

After much debate, I've decided to go with Kirk and the ever-wise "throw a bunch of names at the wall and see what sticks" approach. Hopefully at least a few of these names are willing to talk to me...

I'm only putting down a few starter-quality names incase something happens and I need to get a new starter.  More of a back up plan type of thing... The bench guys are for in Core signs elsewhere in the SL next season.

That's a good position to be in. I'm good with 6 of my 8. Wayo is a decent bench player but is not worth the salary, Kika is cheap but contributes nothing. In the end if those are my biggest roster issues right now, I'm not worried.

I just don't see how with this system locked out teams can't join in, especially if they're going to mostly ask for a contract offer. Like whoever takes over New Mexico is up shits creek with a shit team in a good division. Allows those who take over a team that got fleeced by a exiting GM and has little to no picks (using past examples don't think there are that this year so far) a fair chance a puttin together a decent team  and not get fired/leave after one year.
