I spent all of last season playing the patting game after having him basically forced to be my coach from the start.  I re-signed him pretty much because the devil you know's better than the devil you don't.  At this point he can either knuckle down, remove head from sphincter and coach the team to the championship or he can walk out the door.  If I get fired for it, I get fired for it.
