Flynn would probably do it but I already have a youth coach.  I hired him specifically because he was a youth coach and odds are if I even tried to promote him, which I don't want to do anyway, he'd want more money.

Money shouldn't be an issue for a raise - you'd have enough to give him a raise (you've got 6 million).
