Tongue in cheek comment or do you think I actually missed it? Can't recall it being asked for but now I am not so sure!

I think you actually missed it, I hope you have some PR left when the boss asks for it!

- $1.5million of PR budget to be spent on team building and motivational trip to be included within off season training, with so many new faces, we need to give them time to gel with one another before we can get the best out of them on the court.

That is pretty much Cat Camp. I think he's good.

Don't worry, Cat Camp was taken out automatically for 3 mil

Yep, I was half expecting that though. If I survive the season, I at least know not to bother funding a separate trip thingy. Interested to see how well Crew will match up to his grade.

How do you do offseason training? Like just select the players and specialties or what?

First, you need to fill a full team (I think you need 4 more players? There might be some leftover from the draft, as well as regional scouting possibilities) and get a youth coach.

Then for off season training, you get three choices and yes, you pick the players and what you want them trained on.

Talon

QuoteOff Season training comprises of 5 categories: shooting, passing, defense, stamina and rebounding. You can send 3 players every off season to said specialist camps run by your Assistant Coach to improve them.

This is from the rules.

I'm really impressed with how the draft class turned out in terms of grades anyway. We'll see if everyone performs as expected... McHands could quite possibly be the future of the league!

I figure it as being that some of those guys were the most "pro ready" players at the time while some of the top picks, while still needing of development, have a better potential to get to those "pro ready" grades and maintain them for a longer period of time.

Also figure this is something that'll depend on coaching to keep consistent and unfortunately in Talon's case...

-glances at his coaching staff again...and cringes-

I wouldn't worry about Preps, The Ironlady will ship him for a Top 3 pick easy.

At least he won't be shipping up to Boston...with bombs strapped to his back like a certain someone we know once did.
