Its the one downside to moving teams and taking players with you. They might not really want to go with you in the end and you will have to deal with trying to move them or risk having them taken from you.

The best advice I can give is to read team threads (of good GMs).


Read Wyoming's last few seasons under GM Jon

Read Kentucky's threads under GM Hondo

Read Virginia and/or Vegas during the GM Dorling era

Read Puerto Rico under GM Justin (just dont do like he does from time to time and make agents/players/coaches angry)

and finally... Read GM Pancho in Pittsburgh.

For what not to do, read Nashville under GM Krazy.
