I didn't get too much and there's also the fact that as a coach...well, it was the right decision long term, given he was in the final year of his deal.

Oh totally, plus the biggest hit against the Blades IMO was their coaching staff, the less the better and you're certainly looking stronger with that move.

Kinda hopping on what Jon said with some of you, this is a fresh slate yet the same mistakes are being made over and over again.
