The following list is of all none-amateur draft eligible players in the league.

Some names you will recognize, others you will not.

Each team will be allotted 15 Scouting Reports which will come from your coaches.  This information may be specific to your teams coaching philosophy, so don't be surprised if one team says a guy is perfect for them and he turns out to suck on another team.  You will see a very GM friendly scouting report in this phase, but please understand that in the future scouting reports may be less detailed than these initial reports.

When submitting your reports, it is key that you send me a PM with the title "(TEAM NAME HERE) FA SCOUTING"
