From DGUSA.tv:

It's hard to believe that we are only five months removed from the debut Dragon Gate USA event. When DGUSA was launched we had one goal- to be the premium brand of pro wrestling for true fans. You have responded and given us an incredible holiday season. You have our deepest appreciation for that. However, we aren't going to give you the cliche hype and kiss your butts with empty words. Instead, we are just going to SHOW you how much we respect you.

It all starts by supplying the best, most athletic action in the pro wrestling world. It continues by striving for the best quality in every aspect of our product from the actual event tickets to our double DVD sets to some of the other things we are working on for 2010. DGUSA is not be for everybody, but we aren't trying to appeal to the masses. All we want is you- the type of person that is interested enough to read this "State Of Dragon Gate USA Address." Our goal is to deliver the product that you want. We don't care about the "casual" fan. They are not important to us. DGUSA is here to proudly serve you.

First, let's look at the live events. 2010 will see an even bigger all star roster featuring the best talent. It begins with the debut of FIP World Heavyweight Champion Masaaki Mochizuki on January 23rd in Chicago and a commitment from Super Crazy. Jimmy Jacobs' first DGUSA bout on 1/23 is the onset of a parade of new faces in 2010....

2010 already features some potentially amazing matches, including the first Open The Freedom Gate Title defense on pay-per-view when BxB Hulk defends against veteran Dragon Kid on Jan. 23rd in Chicago. This is only the beginning of regular defenses of DGUSA's Championship throughout 2010. Not only that, but Chicago also features the first ever DGUSA three-way tag team elimination match with Open The Twin Gate Champions Shingo & YAMATO vs. The Young Bucks vs. Naruki Doi & Masato Yoshino. No one else can put on this kind of cutting edge tag action. Our plans are just coming together....

All roads lead to March 26th and 27th in Phoenix as the Dragon Gate six man tag team tradition returns. From 2006-2008 this weekend would turn into Dragon Gate mania with the incredible six man main event, which won Wrestling Observer Match Of The Year in 2006 and finished high in 2007 and 2008. Now we are upping the ante. There won't just be one six man main event, but each of the March 26th and 27th events will get one. You won't want to miss either of them as we are working now to make sure they are both very different from each other. This is just a sampling of what's to come....

We are also looking into new markets and quality venues. We always try our hardest to find first class, well known facilities for your convenience and comfort. This is why we opted to book The Celebrity Theater in Phoenix. This is a top quality building that is located just minutes from the airport and the Dodge Theater (site of WWE hall of fame). However, what really sets the Celebrity Theater apart is the full bar, air conditioning and inclined stadium seating. This puts the first three rows right in the ring and gives every seat a great angle. You've probably never seen a wrestling event in a venue like this. The rest of our 2010 schedule is coming together. We're in the process of finalizing some major things now....

The Open The Freedom Gate belt isn't the only championship in Dragon Gate USA. The important titles in Japan have yet to be defended in DGUSA. There are negotiations going on now to bring Dragon Gate title matches to the United States in 2010. Stay tuned....

Our appreciation for your business doesn't just stop in the ring. We feel we have found the right formula with our DGUSA show DVDs. They will continue to be double disc sets with lots of extras and bonus matches, optional commentary and the highly collectible deluxe packaging. We are also working on some other Dragon Gate related releases for those of you that need even more action. We have secured footage from Dragon Gate's recent European excursion and tours from Japan. We'll have much more on this in January....

This leads us to one of our most exciting new partnerships. We have seen the preliminary version of the first DGUSA shirt that Masked Republic is producing. This is unlike any shirt ever made for an independent wrestling company. Wait till you see it....

Our bi-monthly pay-per-view series will continue to be a focal point of DGUSA in 2010. We are currently finishing production on the "Freedom Fight" PPV, which has a January 22nd premiere date. We feel this is our best paced PPV yet, while it continues the almost impossibly high standard of wrestling. Check your local listings closer to the premiere for more info....

Of course, we'll continue all the goodies you've come to expect from us including free extras when you order, the baseball card like live event ticket series, more free videos on www.Youtube.com/DGUSAdotTV including complete matches, constant updates at www.DGUSA.tv, exclusives on our social networking sites and some other stuff we have in the works....

Finally, we need to give you our most sincere thank you. 2009 was about laying the groundwork, setting the foundation and getting established. You made this happen with your support. Now we are all ready for an even better 2010. This is OUR wrestling haven.

Thank You!!! Have A Great Holidays!!! Happy New Year!!!

I have to admit the DGUSA DVD's I've purchased so far - the first two shows, have been amazing!  The in-ring action is a given but the production, the packaging and the art work on the DVD's are unlike any indy wrestling DVD I've bought before.

Plus you get a couple of free posters with each DVD and I also got a special Bryan Danielson ticket from his first and last appearance in DGUSA.  This ticket was on offer but they gave it to me for free.

Plus both DVD's took less than a week to arrive from the US and were under £10 each.

DGSUA is going to be much more affordable to follow as they're only doing a few shows throughout the year.

I've been very impressed with the company as a whole and it sounds like their Wrestlemania weekend shows are going to rock!

Peace
