Title: The Rebellion (Miami)

Hey dude, I'm Rip Terry. I spent most of my life building up my empire of gyms dude. No pansy 'health clubs' here Jack. Anyway after countless clients mistook me for some famous wrestler, I got it in my head to get into the game dude. So I bet you're wondering man....what are we rebelling against? I've got no idea dude....I just thought it sounded badass Jack!

Hi, I'm Matt Rivers. I've been lifting at Rip's gyms for years. Hell, we have periodic contests as to who can out lift who! Eventually I invested in the gyms, and now I'm involved in The Rebellion. I'll be here if you need me.

Rip, Matt... I'm Gravedigger, former pro wrestler. I know the business and think we would make a great team if we work together. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Gravedigger? That's one badass name bro! First of all, before we talk about anything else, I've got one question for ya dude, and it's important. How much can you lift, Jack?

Rip i was walking in the office and overheard your question. My current max bench press is 225which for a guy who weighs 160 I think is pretty good. I am the man to lead your Rebellion.

Digger dude, I can see that you're trying to add up all those plates....you must lift a ton bro!  Let me know when you figure out the answer, Jack!

*****

You hear that Matt?  This 160 lb bag of bones can lift 225!  An impressive feat, no doubt!!  You have my attention Jack, tell me what makes you the man to helm the Rebellion?  Also, do you tan?

*****

Jack, you can't spell REBELLION without REBEL!!  Come on in here dude, and tell me your story man!!

I have the fight and ambition to succeed. I will be a good steward of your money and ensure that your return on investment is far better than your string of gyms.  I will put together a team of fighters, but like investing I believe in diversification so I would put together a team with different styles.

I see.  Where would you want to locate our camp bro?  Because a dude like me likes to see the ladies, and likes to be seen if you get my drift Jack!

Also, do you use free weights, or machines man?  What sort of supplements do you use?  Do you tan Jack?

Miami. The perfect place for women and for you to show off your pythons.

I dont tan, i have a natural tanned complexion. I use a pre-workout called Epiq Power and use Whey Isolate Protein.

Ahh, South Beach.  I like where your head's at Jack!  But I don't know what your talking about snakes for dude.  Rip don't jive with reptiles man!

Sounds like you have a nice workout routine.  If you get hired here, would you consider working out with me and my main dude Matt?  I know you think you're in shape now bro, but just imagine if you had guns like these Jack!

RIP FLEXES BROADLY AND ENTHUSIASTICALLY FOR JUSTIN

Alright Justin, I think you've told me all I need to know right now dude.  If you have anything else to say, the time is now man.  Also, feel free to interview with other camps bro.  I know the competition out there is fierce Jack!

Sorry, Rip. I had to duck out for a while. Family drama....

As for your question, I put up an ok amount these days, but nothing like my days in the ring. I was pretty jacked at that point. Maybe we'll have to train together and you can help me get my strength back...

Digger dude, no worries. Matt and I would love to train with you, put some meat on that frame of yours bro. Now, down to business Jack.  How will you make this Rebellion a winner?  What's your vision man?

Also, you taking any supplements? Do you stay hydrated? How often do you tan dude?

Title: Re: The Rebellion
Post by: Gravedigger on February 27, 2015, 12:55:08 AM
I'm not into tanning much. I try to get a natural glow, but no salon tanning. Hydration is key, especially when working out. You can't be trying to put upscale weight on the bench and get a cramp because you're dehydrated. Mostly water for be, but I'll mix in a little Gatorade as well. Supplement wise I'm old school... skip the supps, go with old fashioned protein. Lots of skinless chicken and egg whites for me.

As for my vision, I want a well rounded team... Brawlers, Shooters, High Flyers, Technicians... I want to find and develop the finest talent, no matter their style. Picking one style of wrestler means you're not opening your eyes to all the best talent. A well rounded team shows that eye for excellence.

Okay bro, last question.  Where would you build our camp, should you be named the man for the job Jack?

Title: Re: The Rebellion
Post by: Gravedigger on February 27, 2015, 08:55:38 AM
I think New York or Los Angeles are the best bets for the camp location. Not only do you get the top media exposure on those markets, but you get the two most exciting cities in the country. We would want to make sure our wrestlers have plenty of places to let off some steam in their free time.

I'm personally partial to New York, having a home in the city and having worked for Code Red Wrestling, which had its home arena in the Bronx, but my #1 choice would be LA. You get the celebrity factor of Hollywood, a strong west coast business base to bring in sponsors, plus you get miles and miles of great coastline. There's some really nice beaches, such as Venice Beach, a famed workout spot... I love NYC, but LA is the best choice.

Alright Jack, I'm glad you came in!  If you have any last words before we wrap things up dude, go ahead and say them!  Make sure you grab a protein shake on the way out bro!  Matt will hook you up dude!!

RIP FLEXES FOR NO REASON IN PARTICULAR

Title: Re: The Rebellion
Post by: Gravedigger on February 28, 2015, 08:52:47 AM
Absolutely, Rip. I think we can do great things together. I didn't say great business because it extends beyond that. Yes, we candle a ton of money and get ripped. There's no doubt about that. But at the same time we can build a winner. We can put together a team that dominates the scene and brings home the Championship. That's what I see for The Rebellion. A successful team in all facets of what we do...

And a protein shake sounds good. Maybe it's time to update my old school ways...

Thanks for the time, Rip.

Disregard the candle comment. It's like my brain was on autocorrect...

I meant to say we can make a ton of money and get ripped, but at the same time build a winner.

Hey Justin, sorry it took me a minute to get these figures.  I just finished oiling up when you asked, and it turns out that keyboards do NOT like baby oil.....

Anyway, due to Miami's transient atmosphere, Miami is technically considered a small market town, even though they have a large volume of people in town at all times.  They do charge a premium the closer we get to South Beach.  There are 2 facilities for us to choose from.  The first is a 6,000 seat facility adjacent to an industrial area, and it costs $2.5 million per season.  The second is less than a half mile from South Beach.  It's a 9,000 seat facility, and it costs $4 million per season.

The expenditure would come out of your "incentives" budget.

Its all about the experience so we will go with the one close to South Beach.

Hello, how you doing?  I started out in law school, but as I continued to study, I realized how little I liked the law.  One of those "the more you learn" kinda moments, you know?  So, I started training with the intent to compete in either mma or wrestling.  A medical issue with one of my kidneys put a kibosh on that dream, so I did the next best thing and started to train others.  I prefer a mat based style, but I am no stranger with breaking out with the flash at times.

I'm going to cut you a break, because this is a new league, we're just getting acquainted and such. Normally, I'd have walked out of here without another word, and took my client where he'd be appreciated. But like I said, you get a break. And that break is this. I'm still standing here, giving you one final chance to sign my client.  3 years. $6 million. And a $500K signing bonus JUST BECAUSE YOU PISSED ME OFF.

Now, do we have a deal?

Title: Re: The Rebellion (Miami)
Post by: Justin on March 17, 2015, 05:18:24 AM
First off Benjamin, I do appreciate your client and his talents. If I didn't I wouldn't have drafted him. I believe in Jacob and what he can do for us. What I do not believe in is your reaction to these negotiations. I appreciate you fighting for your client but getting mad and yelling and making threats is not good for business nor is it professional and I will not tolerate it.   But like you said everything is new and we are setting to know each other so I am willing to cut you a break. As I mentioned, Jacob is a second round pick therefore his market value is less than what you think he should get, especially since has yet to wrestle a match in a league of this caliber. Part of my job is to be a goodsteward of my owner's money and I plan on bbeing just that. I say all that to say this...now that we understand where both sides are coming from I will agree to $6 million forn3 years but based on your yelling and threats the signing bonus is off the table.

You're.....going to cut ME.....a break?  A league....of THIS calibre?  Let me explain something to you you little puke, and I'm going to be quick about it because I can't stand the smell of Panama Jack in this building.  Who in the hell do you think you are?  I'll tell you exactly who you are.  You're a nobody President of a nothing club in a league that may or may not have a future.  Team Combat Wrestling, right now, is just an idea.  Pie in the sky.  No shows have been run, no money has come in, no ratings.....NOTHING.  Meanwhile, Jacob Stance is a known commodity in the wrestling world.  Do you think, if he doesn't take your deal, that somehow his career is over?  Psssh, the EGO on you!  He could sign with any other club in this league, he could sign with James Hollis and Continental Wrestling, he could go back to touring the world like he's been doing for years.

But hey, one good thing has come from this.  You got to feel like a man, and stand your ground.  Good for you.  Hope that keeps you warm at night.  We're out of here.  Take it easy, loser.

Now, regarding the contract.  Look, let's be honest.  The ladies.....they LOVE me.  They come out to see me, and that puts money in your coffers.  In turn, I deserve a cut.  So, lets bump that salary to $5.5 million, and we can sign on the dotted line.

In case you don't know, Samoans as a people are big on respect.  Respect that you just killed with your carelessness.  Trade Rafa to get value for him, or watch us walk.  I've heard James Hollis has a big checkbook....

Title: Re: The Rebellion (Miami)
Post by: Justin on March 27, 2015, 11:53:53 PM
I appreciate his culture and their beliefs on respect.  But I ask that you not forget that im the one that believed him enough to draft him based on the little info I had while the rest of the league skipped over him.  I would like the chance to prove my respect and loyalty. I will lower the deal to one year to give myself the chance to prove myself. If he feels I dont then he leaves. I will also up his PR to $4 million to help promote him and thr Samoan community to go along with $7.5 million salary and a $1 million signing bonus.

Well, well, well.  If it isn't my absolute FAVORITE President.  Rumor has it that you've just signed your 8th round draft pick to a $10 million dollar deal?

Now, remembering our rather.....contentious.....negotiations for your 2nd round pick, Mr. Jacob Stance, I can't help but feel that since the market has gone up, so should his salary.

So, we want a salary raise to $8.5 million, effective immediately.

Hey there sugar.  I bet you can guess why I'm here.  Big Nate needs a contract adjustment sweety.  We're looking for a raise of his base salary to $9.5 million, with the other terms remaining the same.

The team is back from training camp.  Here's a few notes for you:

~ Lawrence Corwin ran a tight ship.  He earned the respect of everyone in the club.
~ The Profit was irate when he found out he was on the bench.  He feels that nobody "profits" from that decision.
~ Rafa finds his position as the curtain jerker amusing, and in line with the treatment he has received thusfar from this club.
~ Jacob Stance looked great in camp, and he made sure everyone else was aware of it.  It looks like the bidding war for him may have gone to his head.

The trainers are putting together the team sheet for you.  Once I get it to you, you'll be expected to put out a press release before speaking to your Head Trainer.

"Today is a historic day as the first season of TCW gets underway.  The pre-season festivities have been completed and the excitement to start the season is upon us.  I am proud to sit here in front of you and tell you how excited I am about The Rebellion camp.  We have some great talent and great trainers that will allow us to compete for the championship in our first season.  Our camp has worked hard to prepare for the season and I believe we will be a force to be reckoned with.  The combination of our talent and trainers is second to none and the city of Miami has something to be excited about again since the days of that Lebron James guy."

Lawrence, I am honored to have you as our head trainer.  It is my understanding that you've run a tight ship thus far and that is exactly why I brought you in to lead this camp.  What do you think of our roster thus far?

Can I speak with Rafa please?

Rafa, I know we got off to a rough start and I want to sincerely apologize for my initial mistake when submitting the paperwork for your contract.  It was a terrible mistake and there was no excuse for it.  So, again I apologize.  It is my hope that we can start from scratch and work on building a great relationship.  I would like to start by addressing an issue that has been brought to my attention about your spot on on the lineup as the opening match.  I want you to know that the position is not set in stone.  For now I will be moving roster members around to different spots on the card to see where everyone stacks up and will then come to a more permanent card as the season progresses.  So please do not take your spot in the opening match as a slight, it is nothing more than us being in the experimental stage.  You will get your shot in the main event and an equal shot of making yourself a fixture in that slot.

The Story regarding you in the Dirt Sheets.
~The past weeks event.
~The upcoming event.
~League news which caught your attention (pick any of the Dirt Sheet stories not focusing on your team).

First and foremost I owe Rafa Faafili an apology for my mismanagement of him from day one.  I have messed up his name twice and there is absolutely no excuse for it.  I didn't do my due diligence in checking all of my paperwork before submission both times and it has caused him to feel disrespected and rightfully so.  He has every right to be mad, angry, frustrated, and any other feelings his has towards me.  This is definitely not the type of person I am and I have made a grave mistake.  Rafa, I sincerely apologize.

We lost our first event, however there were some things to build on.  We really had a chance at winning, but Rafa no showed, and rightfully so and Jacob was counted out.  Those are two things that we can fix and should be able to correct for our bout against the Rockets.

There were some interesting stories out there about teammates not getting along and the like.  It is very early in the season and already things like that are popping up.  It is going to be a very interesting first season.

~The Story regarding you in the Dirt Sheets.

~League news which caught your attention (pick any of the Dirt Sheet stories not focusing on your team)

Well, I have seriously messed up and it comes as no surprise that Mr. Terry wants to speak with me.  I have let my personal issues going on at home effect my job and I have put our organization in a terrible spot and there is no excuse for it.  I have shamed our team.  This past week was an absolute disaster as we lost every match, but again I shoulder the full blame for our team not going out there and performing.  Next week we have the Devils who are a tough team in their own right, but at this juncture it doesn't matter who we go up against.  I have to try and make things right with my team, trainers, and owner.  Because if I can't find a way to mend what I have broken then we won't ever stand a chance.  We have the talent, we have the trainer experience, and we have an owner who loves this sport.  So we have all of the ingredients needed to succeed, but the "x factor" is me and I have to begin pulling my weight.  As far as news around the league that has caught my attention is President Death getting threatened already.  BD is a good friend of mine and I hate to see him having to go through that so soon.

Lawrence, will you please bring in Mr. Terry with you.

My focus and detail to attention has not been what it should have and it has pissed off everyone. Gentlemen, I have no excuse for my transgressions when it comes to you, Rafa. Ive let some personal things effect my job here and the bottom line is that should not have happened.  I sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart. Rafa, you are a huge believer in family and the importance of sticking together. Where I come from, in the deep south, we believe the same thing. And as you know sometimes even family have issues but the important thing is they stick together and fight through the tough times together. While I understand if that's something you don't want to do, Im asking that you give me a last opportunity to do right. Im trying to build this organization into a family and you are the centerpiece of that effort.  With that being said, given the way I have wronged you I completely understand if you do not want any part of dealing with me and our organization. If thats the case, please let me know a preferred destination for a trade and I will work hard to make it happen.

"Please excuse my delay, ladies and gentlemen."

"I've been collecting my thoughts and comparing notes to see what the next step for The Rebellion here in TCW. This is a club that has dealt with an insane amount of controversy in just a short time. I'm still getting my footing here but I can promise you that our first commitment will be to get Rafa Faafili back in the fold and prepared for this week."

"We'll be evaluating our athletes and deciding where they best fit over the next few days. It's a brand new day in Miami and I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds."

President Rebel, here are the current issues facing the team:

1 - Former President Justin repeatedly insulted Rafa Faafili, to the point where he is currently demanding a trade.
2 - Jacob Stance is upset because he was demoted from the Main Event, without being spoken to, or given a reason.
3 - The team morale is near zero, due to the former management's aloof, 'hands off' approach.

Also, we're 0-3 on the year, and we're the only team to be completely swept when we went 0-5 against The Rockets Week 2.

I'd recommend sorting out the Rafa and Jacob situations, then talking to the team.  If you need any more info from me, I'm gonna go bang out a few sets on the peck deck.  Just holler if ya need me.

Matt, they call me "Ace" so let's just go with that...

Thank you for all the information, I just looked in the desk and found the team's pre-season sheet and I've got an idea of what we're dealing with now.

Looks like I'm walking into a power lifting competition without a weight belt, but you know what they say... we got to grip it and rip it.  Let's go.

Rafa Faafili please...

Mr. Faafili, it is a pleasure to meet you, my name is President Ace.

Now Rafa, I was informed that you are looking for a trade out of the Rebellion, but man I have to tell you. I have been doing my homework and I see you as a key building block for this club my man.

I hear that you want to go to a team where you are respected, and bruh, let me tell you that here you will find respect from me.  I want you to be in our main event, but I have to be honest with you, I feel like everyone needs to work in our first week so I can get an evaluation of the rest of this club.   Their is a lot of talent here, and I don't want to disrespect anyone else either.

I'd like to work you, Jacob Stance, and Big Nate all in our main event in consecutive weeks, to see how each of you fairs.  Let your talent do the talking, and at the end of the day man, I believe that you will earn the Main Event spot.

Can we do something like this Mr. Faafili, or are you hard set on leaving the city no matter who calls the shots?

Lemme ask you a question Ace. What would you do, if you was me? I ain't seen nothin' but mad disrespect since I set foot in here bro. I know that wasn't you, so I ain't mad atcha for it. But lookin' 'round here....this place ain't the model for stability right now, know what I mean? How many Prez's we up to anyway, 5? 6?

Let's put it this way. What's in it for me ta stick it out here bro?

Besides the weather?  ...man I have to tell you Rafa, when I look at this club I see what it is, 0-3... in shambles, in need of a rally cry to turn the tides on the rest of these clubs.

I see that just like you, but bruh, I also see what it could be.   I see a club with three talents who could main event in yourself, Stance, and Nate.  That is three guys who can lead us to victory on each and every night.  The fact that you're standing here talking to me like a man, like a professional, that tells me that you are the man I want to build around.  A veteran who knows the ropes, a veteran who can lead by example.

This club has been disrespected by the previous presidents, and it deserves respect.  This club and you are so similar Rafa.  Man I just think that as you go, this club can go.  If you leave, the club will suffer, but if you go out there and put people on the mat night after night and get that 1...2...3 baby, dude, we can bring respect not only to you, but to the club as a whole, and we can make something special my man.

Like I said, I want to give the other guys the same respect and fair shot to prove they deserve the main event as well, but it's time to bet on yourself.  Show everyone here that this is Rafa Faafili's club to lead, and that everyone has a place on the card.

You do that and the rest will fall into place brother.

So what do you say?

I feel you Mr. Faafili, I feel you.

Now I'm not really a believer and throwing money at a problem, so hopefully that's not the kind of respect you're looking for, but what I am thinking is this...

I said I wanted you and the other guys to rotate around to showcase your abilities, so how about we say that the first week of this showcase will have you in the main event, and what we'll do is make sure we put your name all over the arena, and up right in everyone's face in nice, bright lights.   I'm talkin' huge man.  ...and we are going to make sure that it is spelled RIGHT, you feeling me?

think of it... R-A-F-A  F-A-A-F-I-L-I right there, big and beautiful man.  We get that up, I'll spend whatever the league requires for us to make it happen, but we really promote this night as your night man. We might be on the road in another club's territory, but their fans and their wrestlers will know that this is the night that the name Faafili is king.  You go out and dominate, and hopefully the rest of the club works hard and we come out with our first win of the season, and people will know it's not the last time they see Rafa in the main event.

Is that something in the ballpark of what you're wanting to see? or am I way off base here?

We're bringing the greatness of the South Pacific to the heart of the Caribbean bruh...

Let's go out there and make this Rafa-Country!

That's what I like to here my man!

Tell you what Rafa, I'm going to talk to some of the other guys around here and then address the entire club.

I'm glad you're willing to work wit home and give us a shot.  Let's go out there and win our first event as a club.

Matt, can I speak to Jacob Stance?

Mr. Stance, I'm President Ace, and I'm going to be running the show here this year.

So let me talk to you for a minute bruh, man I saw that the last president here did you pretty dirty by just yanking you out of the main event without even sitting you down and talking to you man to man.

So here I am, being real with you man.

We have some talent here, you are one of those top talents, and you deserve a chance to prove you still deserve to be in the main event.  Rafa and Nate also deserve that chance... and I'm giving you all that chance, as long as you all agree and understand how it's going to work.

Rafa is going to main event this week, then you will main event in week 5, and then Nate will get the shot in week 6.
You will all work the main event, the semi-main event, and a tag match during that span... After the dust settles on week 6, I'm going to evaluate each wrestler's performance and then decide how we will move forward for the remainder of the season.

You okay with that, my man?

You're the new boss?  We'll let me catch you up on something.  I am the guy that was the hottest free agent going during the draft when negotiations broke down initially.  I'm the guy that's been pegged to Main Event.  I'm the best damn shot this club's got.

Then President Justin swaps me out to Semi-Main for no reason....now you tryin' to do it too?!?  AND stick me in a tag team for a week?!?  This is some bullshit man, and I don't like it one fuckin' bit.

One. Which is one more than a lot of guys here. But since we're asking questions, here's one for you. How many weeks of peace and stability has this locker room had? How can we prepare, get our heads right, and our practice on in this sort of environment?

Title: Re: The Rebellion (Miami)
Post by: Talon on December 17, 2015, 03:04:10 PM
Exactly what I'm saying Mr. Stance,  You got a win, you showed you can do it... Now you just have to do it again when your number is called.

Competition breeds success man, you know that.  We have a locker room full of alpha males, it's time for one of them to rise to the top.  This is your chance to earn that Main Event spot you want, but I'm only offering the opportunity, if you are willing to compete for it.

What happened in free agency doesn't mean anything now, this entire club has gone through trials and struggles thanks to some bad management, but that's all about to change; but if you want to be a part of that change, you have to be willing to give me a shot, the same as I am willing to give you one.

You compete for the main event, if you don't get there when it's all said and done, finish up the year and we move you on to a club who needs an influx of talent, because man, I know you have it in you.

You work with me, I work with you, and in the end the best work in the main event, and everyone does their part to raise their own personal profile and the profile of this club, and we drop some fools on their heads man.

You feel me??

I'll make you a new promise right here and now.

You will have your chance to work hard and impress me over the next 3 weeks, and I plan on putting our best wrestler in the main event.  If you want to secure your spot at the top, come out and kick ass each and every week regardless of your opponent, and we'll make sure you get your time to shine.

Ball's in your court Jacob.  Go out there and seize your opportunities.

Title: Re: The Rebellion (Miami)

Whats up Big Nate, I'm Ace, the new President here in Miami.

Now Nate, I know you started off in the semi-main event and now you're in the main event, but I have got to be straight up with you my man.

I'm here with the vision of re-evaluating this club, and the only way for me to do that is to shake some things up and see what works best.  That being said Big man, I'm going to be giving you, Jacob, and Rafa all a shot to prove who really deserves to be the Main Eventer here on South Beach.

So what we are going to be doing is rotating Rafa, Jacob, and yourself round-robin over the next three weeks.  Each of you will be in the main event for a match, you'll be in the semi-main, and you'll either tag up or work another spot on the card.

I just wanted to give you the heads up and reassure you this is not a slight on you or your abilities at all.  I just need to see how everyone does in different situations before we really buckle down and assign roles in the club under my regime.

You good with that Big man?

That's what I like to hear Big Nate!

Let's go ahead and get the team together then, so I can introduce myself to the rest of the team.

Matt, can you get the entire crew to gather in the gym, I'm going to head down there right now to say a few words before we lock it in for my first week...

Thanks bruh.

Alright everybody, my name is Ace, Ace Boogie.  I'm the new president here and man I gotta tell you, I am excited to get started!

This place oozes potential fam, real talk.  So let me go ahead and give you all an idea of my vision here.

We're going to test all of you over the next few weeks to see how you look in difference situations...  So if you get moved out of a slot you have been in over the past three weeks, don't feel slighted, this is simply an evaluations period.

Also, know my office is always open.  If you want to tag, or don't want to tag, or you feel like you need something that we aren't providing, then come to my office and we'll discuss it, because for me Respect is the name of the game.  You give it, you get it, and vice versa, alright?

I'm here to add stability to this club, we have that talent to do great things, and now with some structure and healthy competition, I believe we are going to do some things that really turn heads in the TCW.

...I want you to have fun out there, enjoy every moment of your time in the ring, because when you're having fun, you're giving your all, and when you give your all, you win... and when you win, WE WIN!

Lets go start a Rebellion in the TCW, It's game time boys and girls!

Matt, before I lock us in, what would it cost and how much do we have left in our budget, if I wanted to heavily hype Rafa Faafili and his main-event debut this week at the arena?

The more you spend, the more you get....

- $500K would get the arena decorated 'Rafa-Style'
- $1MM would include local print advertisement
- $2MM would include local television/radio advertisement

....and so on.  Let me know if you have additional ideas, and I'll factor it in and let you know the cost after my protein shake.

When you start 3-0 in a best of 5 series it is really easy to pack it up and shut down mentally, but our guys didn't do that.  You have to give respect and credit where it is due.  First credit to the Militia for winning the night, they brought it to us early and took the "W" but you can't overlook the matches we won.  Jacob and Rafa both showed why they are competing for the Main Event spot here in Miami.   Two big wins over quality opponents, the fans appreciated that, and so did I.  It was great to see everyone and come out giving their all, right now we are finding out who we really are and I am getting a chance to evaluate the roster, so far everyone is showing heart and that's all you can ask for.  We just have to come out, leave it all in the ring and keep pounding, no matter where we are on the card.

On the News Story
Look man, I'm not into tooting my own horn, this is about the wrestlers here in Miami, the Rebellion is going to come out of the next few weeks better and stronger than ever, and I love what I'm seeing out of everyone.  The fact that guys are embracing the challenge of working across the card to win the right to hold a slot on the card... man, that is exactly what I wanted when I took this job.

Around the League
I saw a story about The PFC's top dog, XJ Hawkins, and yeah that boy has some swag, that goes without saying but this week the PFC leaves the home gym and comes into our house, and if there is one thing I learned over the years is that we must protect this house... That is what we are going to do for sure.  This week it's Jacob Stance who is going to get his shot at the main event for us, so I am looking forward to seeing what he brings to the table against the talented XJ Hawkins.

On Next Week
We have a great match up with PFC this week, Big Nate is going to work the semi-main event this week and we'll see Rafa in Tag Action as we continue our showcase of talents in an effort to optimize our line up for the future...

Big things are coming for Miami. It started last week, and now it's time to take it up a notch.  One Match, One Win, One Week at a Time.

Corwin, my man!

What did you think of this week's matches?

How did Nate, Stance, and Rafa look to you?

Jacob and Rafa looked great.  Nate looks good too, but his lack of chemistry with Dominic hurt them.

I thought that could be a problem in the tag team division, but I was hoping that Dominic would make any partner look good based on what I read on some scouting reports, but no worries.  We will persevere.

Now this week we're shifting our big three around, but do you think it would be beneficial to rotate the sparring, bench, and opening card guys as well, or do you think we have that figured out already?

Coming from a guy like you Rafa, that means a lot.

Hey, let me ask you something.  Do you have a preference on who to tag with this week?  I mean, is there anyone who can compliment your style in the ring?  We want you looking your best, so anything we can do to make that happen, just let me know.

Rafa, you're the man!  Thanks for making this easy.  Good luck out there this week, lets get this club it's first weekly win!

Hey Matt, can you get me the entire club, I just want to brief them on this weeks line up, so nobody is surprised...

Hey guys, great work last week.  We made big strides and are on the cusp of getting a big team win for The Rebellion!

Now the staff and I agree that we want to see how all of you perform to different situations, just like the main event shake up we have, so everyone will be moved around a little, with the exception of Natasha, of course.

Alright, so here is what we've got this week guys...

Big Nate is moving to Semi-Main Event this week since he worked the tag last week, Rafa Faafili is moving to the tag and will team with The Profit this week.

Nick Ramirez is going to open for us this week while Dominic is going to be our bench guy, and Screwball will work this week as the sparring partner.

...of course this week we get to see Jacob Stance in the main event against PFC's XJ Hawkins.  Jacob, no doubt this week is big, so go out there and show us what you've got, and put that hyped up Hawkins on the mat for the 1.2.3!

You guys are warriors, and I salute you all... Let's go give them hell, man!

Main Event: Jacob Stance
Semi-Main Event: Big Nate
Tag Team: The Profit
Tag Team: Rafa Faafili
Women: Natasha Krusov
Opener: Nick Ramirez
Bench: Dominic Gonzalez
Sparring: Screwball

On Last Week's Events
Man, I gotta tell you, this week I'm steamed.  I'm not a guy who sits back and throws a fit, but bro you saw what happened.  The "almighty" XJ Hawkins, mister unstoppable, he comes out and gets handed a butt-kickin' from my man Jacob Stance, but then that dude Emmanuel Carlson had to come out and make the save, and it cost us man.... that's a killer, because that was the match that was deciding the difference in our first win, or another loss for the club.

...man, it burns me up.  We came out and fought hard.  Nick showed out and got a big win to set the pace.  We dropped the next two matches but came in hot with Big Nate taking it to Duane Jensen... man, we had the main event... We had it.  The thing I saw though was the bond of our team.  When the going got tough and dudes started flying out the back to cheat and screw us over, our boys said "NA" and showed that WE GOT EACH OTHERS BACKS, Dominic Gonzalez came out to even the odds, and that says a lot about him and our entire locker room... but we're on to the next one man, we're going to get that big win, I can feel it.  We had it this week, but it didn't go our way.

On the News Story
Our locker room is strong man, I told you earlier that everyone in that club has each other's backs... We are more than a Club, we're a family man.  The squad is on point and we're going to go out there and finish up this trial run in style baby.  Game on, we're about to ball out and put some checks in the WIN column, you feel me?

Around the League
I saw in the news that our Commish, Mr. Powers has hired Kevin Terry to run and retrain the referee squad, man I think that is great, because if our refs were doing it right this week then maybe just maybe XJ Hawkins eats the L in the main event due to that interference man.  Yeah I'm still harping on it, but bruh, we had em...

On Next Week
The Devils come to South Beach as we look to wrap up our evaluation process... This week is the last week four our squad to show where they belong in the grand scheme of our line up.  We push ourselves and each other every week, and this week will be no different.  We're taking on a tough squad, and they have some solid names... That Dare Devil Haller is a tough scratch right off the top, but Frightmare has been tough since his week one tap out, so it's going to be up to Big Nate to put him down man... Rafa Faafili will be in the semi main event, and we'll see Jacob Stance tagging with one of our other talented crew... We're coming for that first win baby, we're close.... We just gotta keep pounding.

Corwin, we looked good man, we had that main event, I could feel it...

So thinking that this week we build on the fact that Dominic came out and made the save for Jacob, lets pair them up for the tag match, you think that works?

Right on my man, right on...

So how about that main event? ...Before the interference, did you think we had the match won?
