EFK UFC Prediction Game 2011

Welcome to EFK's UFC Prediction Game. If you are interested in playing please sign up ( http://www.efedknights.com/boards/index.php?topic=10189.0 ) before making predictions. Any predictions without signing up will not be counted.

We will run this game from the first event in January through the last event in December & the scoring wil work like this:

1 point for correctly predicting the outcome
1 point for correctly predicting the finish (if your outcome was right)
1 point for correctly predicting the round (if your outcome was right)
For the purposes of this game TKO's & KO's will be counted as the same

Bonus 2 points for correctly naming the "Fight Of The Night" (FOTN will be identified as the UFC's official FOTN in which both fighters receive bonuses, if FOTN goes to a fight that we weren't predicting there will be no bonus)
Bonus 3 points for correctly predicting 3 outcomes
Bonus 6 points for correctly predicting 3 fights dead on (i.e. Right outcome, finish & round)

In the event of a tie in scoring our tiebreakers will be first the number of correct outcome predictions & secondly number of bonus points acquired.

Predictions will be accepted up until scheduled starting time but try not to leave it too late, I don't want anyone being caught out by international events & the time difference. Once you've signed up, missing predictions for 3 events will result in a deduction of 8 points. On top of this missing a further 2 will result in another 15 point hit.

Well fuckers, like my ability to update this thread on time, 2011 is now just a memory. Let's take some time to reflect on what we've learned this year. Chuck Norris starts playing World Of Warcraft & in quick succession Bin Laden, Gaddafi & Kim Jong-Il die, coincidence? If two perfectly normal women like Sinead O'Connor & Kim Kardashian can't make their marriages work what hope is there for monogamy? Rebecca Black taught us that EVERYBODY was looking forward to the weekend... particularly on Friday. This year it was confirmed that if Jack Benevolence keeps playing this game what hope is there for the rest of us scoring a W?

Oh yeah, we also learned that Duckman is some sort of fucking MMA Nostradamus! Homeboy has had this game pretty much wrapped up since March, nice one bud. Let's endeavor to take him out this year lads.
