But he's a beast. And Ollie is an expert hunter.

Fair play that this one was close. I don't even remember who I voted for first time round.

I'm going with Beast though. Green Arrow relies on being able to predict where to shoot his arrows. Beast doesn't move according to any normal rules for humans or animals. Beast is smarter overall but that's all his scientific knowledge. It's a lot closer when it comes to battle strategy, and Arrow might actually have the edge there. I don't think it's enough though with Beast's superhuman abilities. I feel like Beast would win 2/3 fights between these two.
