It's been a while since I read Planetary, but from what I remember Elijah Snow is basically very similar to Fury but with Superpowers. IIRC he took down a Villainous Fantastic 4 analogue via some ridiculously complicated plan involving giving himself amnesia.

He should take this one. But more people probably know Fury.
