- Heightened sense of hearing allows him to detect an acoustic pressure change of 1 decibel at a pressure level of 7 (the average human can only dtect a sound as low as 20 decibels), hear people speaking through a soundproofed wall, hear a heartbeat from 20 feet away, identify people by their rhythm, detect whether someone is lying or not, hear his own heartbeat, blood circulation, breathing, physical movements both in himself and others

This fight is awesome. I wish more of the tournament lined up like this one. Spider-Man is incredible, and obv one of my favorite superheroes because c'mon he's Spider-Man, but I don't think he beats Daredevil. Spidey's whole schtick is wisecracking jokes. Daredevil fights by hearing where his opponent is. And even if Pete shuts his mouth long enough for the fight to play out, I think Daredevil could hear every time he pushes his hand against a surface and pulls it off.

Granted, Pete's got his Spidey sense, but Daredevil wouldn't be the one sneaking up on him. Spidey would be going after Daredevil, so that doesn't really help him out. The thing that makes this fight interesting though is Spider-Man's super strength. But Matt can take a beating and dish one out just as good. Pete might have super strength, but he doesn't have super durability or endurance, so I think Daredevil wins this one.
