Kieran King

This for me is one of the closest fights yet. They're both smart enough to figure out very quickly how to beat the other. Their Ultimate Universe relationship makes this slightly funny too.

In the end, despite being annoyed that Nightwing beat the John Stewart Green Lantern, and especially that Punisher beat the freaking immortal Dream - a being more powerful than Frank Castle could even imagine, with both fights seemingly decided on popularity, I actually went with the most popular here and chose Spider-Man.

I guess you could lump Spidey in with Batman as having a certain Deus Ex Machina factor that should make them both a major force in this tournament. They always pull through no matter the odds.
