Bad Lag

I have recently been getting lag when i record matches and i don't know the problem. I scanned for viruses(none were detected) and clean the computer and i am still getting it. Any advice to help?

Recording from a Gateway laptop 32 bit operating system . Using ZD software. x264vfw-H264/MPEG-4 AVC for the video Codec. The bit rate and resolution i don't know. Everything has been kept the same since i first started it just now recently start lagging.

What software are you using to record the matches?

What resolution are you recording at?

What bitrate is your recording saving at?

Need more info.

Resolution will most likely have changed since you first started recording, as it has in general for a lot of online video files recently
