I know the guy who made that site, so it is kind of a shameless plug, but it does serve a really good purpose.  It gives you a list of all the games from various cheap websites and their price so that you don't miss out on any extreme sales.  It is designed for PC gaming, so it won't benefit console users.  Plus, I get a free game if enough people visit using my personalized link, so shameless plug/whoring all around, but it is a site I visit almost every day
