DAMN IT JAG, I was about to go there.

Anyways, Jack, only time i had my stuff tampered with was letting some stupid app access my acct, since then I changed all my stuff and block all those apps.

I would definitely go into your settings on twitter and disable all apps that have access to it.  Then you can reenable the apps that you know use it.  The fact that it's just your personal twitter points to a malicious app that you've allowed access to it.

For Facebook, same idea.  Once you give an app posting rights, they have free reign.  I'd start turning off all apps.
