Exercise?

I play Aussie Rules 4 times a week, now its coming to a close because we are in the finals stages, but its great exercise. Our coach pushes us to the limit, running 5km every week, at least 10 sprint laps a night, and sprints all the time. Its probably why we are the fittest in the leauge. Pre season I didn't die as much because I went for jogs in the morning for about 45 minutes and it kept me in shape.

I also play Indoor Soccer and it is great fun. You come off the ground exhausted, HIGHLY recommend this to everyone, like football (soccer) or not, its a great way to stay in shape.
