Where we are:

We still have Tritch hiring his staff (no hurry bro).  I have gathered together all the names/pic bases to be used for the first set of TCW wrestlers.  Since I've been at work the last 2 nights, I haven't been able to put them in a table/pdf format for you guys to download.  I hope to get that done tomorrow, and have them posted by tomorrow night/early Monday morning.  Then, a Dirt Sheet story will provide more details on the free scouting reports each team is entitled to.  Once that report goes out, you can feel free to submit your scouting. 

Looking right now at a soft deadline of the draft starting Wed/Thurs.

From "How TCW Works":

- Different types of scouting are available.  Please select one, and only one, of the following:
  ~Watching tape (your trainers watch film on the wrestler, and give an impression based on what they see) - $500K
  ~Live scouting (your trainers will observe the wrestler in person, gaining a much better impression of their skill) - $1 million
  ~Private workout (your trainers will have a 1 on 1 workout, gaining the BEST knowledge about their skill/potential) -$2 million

So Stoner, I assume you want live scouting, but please clarify which you want.

Definitely the live scouting then.  Spent way too much for the 2 million a pop option lol.

Like what information are these teams using the determine how much money they spend on scouting reports?

How did Bone determine he wanted to spend 7.5 million or 6 million for Stoner... Like that I mean.

Arbitrary for me. I looked at guys, and decided that their style/age/finisher was things I wanted.

Decided how much of their budget they could part with and went from there.
