3.5 on wrestler PR and 1 was spent on Kamikaze Lee's English lessons. You asked if it would come out of incentives budget in your thread but you put it in the Confirmed Deal's thread to come from your PR Budget.

I just read the Rob rule... I am curious about something related to that in a way. If we draft someone and are having a hard time coming to terms will that player become a free agent only after we the club president release our claim on them?

Meaning if I am having a hard time coming to terms with lets say Stevens and we are butting heads left and right can his agent simply say "Here is are final offer take it or leave it" and if I do not take it but counter with something can the agent declare his client a free agent?

Just curious so I know how far I can push negotiations. I figured it was kind of like we are drafting the rights to sign this player and if they refuse to sign for one reason or another they should not just be allowed to go on the free market as long as we the club president are still at the table.

Probably not going to happen but wondering.

Think of it more like you're drafting the rights to negotiate a contract FIRST with a particular wrestler. Once negotiations completely break down, like with Stance, they can sign anywhere.

There are actually people with the name Ceasar as either a first or a last name.  It's unusual but not necessarily inaccurate on Powers' part.
