So basically in theory I can interview other docs who remain unsigned and sign them to a deal as long as I do not go over my budget?

I also have to eat the contract for my current Doctor?

Do I have to fire her before I look for a replacement or can I search and sign someone then fire her?

Well, to be fair this isn't out of the blue. I mean, look at her interview....

Like, wow!  Everyone knows about where I went to school and stuff!  It's like there's a bunch of Facebook stalkers around here!  Hehe!  Anywhoo, I'd LOOOOVE to work for you!

To answer your questions:

- Yes you can interview other Docs.
- If you were to outright release a player/coach/doctor, you eat their deal.
- You must have an open doctor position before hiring a new doc. How you choose to get to that point is up to you.
- Some characters would care if you were shopping for their replacement, others wouldn't.

FYI, each of the 3 UJ candidates were pretty much even in the owners eyes.  I ended up random.org-ing it 10 times to make the decision.  Congrats to JVo!  Wrong and Rebel, keep your eyes open for Season 2 expansion!
