I did consider Belgium, Africa or Eastern Europe - but there weren't enough players to fill the full 15 on the premier league site. Belgium looks good if perhaps a bit expensive in terms of the game.

Thats one thing I didn't look at was price.  Although on the Sun one I am in at work, they all come up pretty cheap
