That explains his cameo in Superman: Doomsday.  I heard it was a little inside joke but never really understood what it was about.

I've got the two An Evening With...DVD's that Kevin Smith has done, they're both hilarious.

This little bit is classic, you can just imagine the kind of dickheads that run Hollywood after this story.

One of my favourite 'Evening with Kevin Smith' stories. DVD's are brilliant.

The two Evening With DVDs are excellent, although Kevin does go off on tangents... A lot! Lots of funny stories though, I noticed the video stops before the whole Planet Of The Apes vs Chasing Dogma stuff that was fantastic. I have to admit though, the best part of the DVD for me is the whole story about Prince World and then the follow up on the second DVD.
